Yoginiy Transport was founded in 2005 as Yogini Transport, a logistics operation built from the ground up in Gujarat. The company was established on a core belief: that specialised cargo — pharmaceutical, temperature-sensitive, hazardous, and high-value — deserved better logistics than the general freight market could provide.
Over the following two decades, the company grew steadily — not through acquisition or rapid expansion, but through the accumulation of operational expertise, client relationships, and systems that made it genuinely better at the work it chose to do.
In 2012, Yoginiy became one of the early adopters of paperless operations and digital mail systems in its sector, a decision that established the technology-forward culture that shapes the company today. In 2016, a Transport Management System (TMS) went live, bringing real-time shipment visibility to clients at a time when most regional logistics operators had no such capability.
The year 2022 marked a pivotal shift: the company deepened its specialisation in aviation cargo logistics, establishing the AOG emergency response capability and the Air Riders suspension transport service that now serve India's aviation and aerospace sector. In 2023, multi-state expansion brought the operation's reach across 21+ states, and in 2024, the business was incorporated as Yoginiy Transport Private Limited under the Yoginiy Group.
